Introductory group lessons are for students who are picking up badminton for the first time. Within our introductory group, students engage in basic training together with fun games. The goal is for students to start developing an interest in badminton, engage with the sport and find their potential.

Beginner

Our fundamental players are preparing for various competitive tournaments. In this stage we will focus on form, skill and techniques involved with various shots and footwork. The training provided during fundamental classes will be more intense and strict compared to the introductory group.

Intermediate is suitable for junior students who just acquired all skills in Fundamental class and ready to start preparing for school tournaments or provincial B tournaments.

Advanced group lessons are for junior students who cannot commit to our competition team training system, but are prepared to participate in school tournaments or provincial B tournaments.

Pre-Team is suitable for those preparing to compete in tournaments but are still developing their skills and have little to no tournament experience.

The elite group is suitable for players who have had training and competition experience in the past (School tournaments, provincial tournaments or top 1-2 at elite group 2)

Private lessons are essential to developing good fundamental skills from the beginning. During a private lesson, the coach will dedicate all of their effort to teaching the student a certain skill set. Private lessons can be scheduled anytime between students and the coach.

Our competition team consists of team 1, 2, 3, and 4. Students are divided according to their skillset and level of experience. Students continue to develop skills and experience while reaching their goals in various tournaments. Junior provincial players compete in Ontario badminton tournaments and Canada's top provincial players compete internationally.

Intermediate - Advanced
